Is there any logical reason why deceased people can't communicate with the living besides death?


As consciousness is not made of matter, it cannot be destroyed.
Only matter is finite.
Consciousness is infinite and it is through consciousness that we survive after death.
We are not our bodies, we are our minds.
The brain is the organ that surgeons operate on; not the mind.
The mind holds all our thoughts and all our recorded memories and feelings, even our thoughts of what we look and sound like and who we think we are.
When the body dies, the gravity lock that holds us to the body, opens and we are free.
Those of us who are on the journey to explore consciousness, can leave our bodies while on earth and speak with spirits so we understand this.
But many do not accept that this is real.
I only say that you cannot prove consciousness isn’t real when you yourself are thinking all the time and you cannot prove thoughts die when you cannot produce a dead thought. All you can produce is a lifeless corpse; a body.
But that body is not a thought. It is a matter organism and a thought is not made of matter.
Deceased people can speak to the living and they do speak to the living, but they can only reach those who are open to receive them.
It is no different then when you run into someone you know and they say to you, “Hey, didn’t you hear me calling to you from across the street? I was trying to get your attention.”
And you reply, “Oh I’m sorry, I have so much on my mind I must not have heard you.”
If you and your loved one shared an open relationship that included a desire to stay connected even after death, then there is no reason you can’t reach one another, unless of course, you have changed your minds and now you are scared.
Fear will close your channels. You must be open.
When people live among loved ones who believe that what is physical is all there is, there is no hope for life beyond and therefore, love does not survive and when the mind is released, it finds it is all alone. All it has are the memories it took with it; the cord to the living is severed by those who are still alive because they turn away from all you are and all you were.
The mind that is still living is then cut off, ignored and rejected by the very people who claimed to have loved them, simply because their love was only fixated on the body, not the mind; not the thoughts and not the identity of the person inside the shell they buried.

By contemplation and self-surrender I have been and still am seeking unity and wholeness with the divine and the spiritual knowing of truths that are beyond the human intellect. I am in daily communication with the House of Christ, I channel other spirits, I receive and still seek higher knowledge and higher understanding of the mind and creation. Therefore, I call myself a mystic.

  Start a daily exercise and when I say daily, I mean do this all the time when you are not otherwise distracted by the demands of a corporeal existence: Focus on your extrasensory perception. Meditate on it as if you waiting to hear something, see something, realize something. In this way, with this one exercise, you are communing with the conscious universe through your own portal to it. How do you stop seeing ghosts?

I am sorry to report that I don’t believe you can. If you are psychic (and you obviously are if you see ghosts) you will continue to see ghosts. I think what you need is a way to handle the gift that you possess especially if you have no interest in pursuing it. Seeing ghosts can be frightening, but it can also be a challenge because it will push you to the limit of reality (what you thought was reality, before you started seeing ghosts.)
