How can one experience spiritual beings directly?

First, we are all spiritual beings. Those of us still on earth are contained in flesh bodies so our interactions with people are our interactions with spirit beings.

Second, we communicate with spirits through consciousness and this applies to those who are living on earth in flesh bodies and those who no longer reside in flesh bodies due to the death of the flesh vessel.

I assume your questions pertains to your interest in experiencing contact with a spiritual being that is no longer contained in a flesh body.

Clear your mind and still your thoughts and then ask a quiet question.

Remember, you will be dealing with communication on a purely conscious basis and consciousness is carried by energy waves.

Volatile or anxious waves will repel positive energy and positive spiritual communication while calm, peaceful waves will attract, calm and peaceful spirit communication.

Consciousness is always active and all who are conscious are always connected.
It is only opposing energy waves that prevent contact or the spirit or conduits choice to not have contact.

You, as a human who wishes contact with a spirit will be a conduit.
Your interest in seeking will send a vibration signal to the conscious universe that you are attached to.

We are all attached to the same conscious universe, but our polarity is not always on the same plane of that universe.

The conscious universe is one of many planes and each plane corresponds to a particular energy signature.

Match that signature with your thoughts and you can potentially access that plane.

I say potentially depending on the spirit activity there. (they may be opposed to your presence or they may be welcoming.)

When I started as a channeler, I began by writing. I was always a journalist of my own thoughts and feelings and I always released all my interpretations of my experiences into my journal in words that would best release my emotions and detail my experiences so it was a natural progression for me to go from questioning myself, to questioning the universe. And it was through questioning the universe that I received answers from spirits.

If you wish to see spirits on earth; that is you would like to “ghost hunt” you will have to google for haunted locations and learn as much as you can about these places; especially, what time spirit activity occurs.

I do not do this.

(I accompany my sister, who is a medium and an investigator but I do not do this on my own. My work is entirely in conscious channeling of spiritual communication between those spirits in the afterlife who are open to me and me as a conduit.)

Some suggestions for a positive experience:

Remember that all spirits are human so treat them as you would treat a living human being. Be respectful, polite and courteous.

Remember that any contact you are allowed to have is granted to you by the spirit. It is not at your command.

Introduce yourself and always ask for a name. (This will come in handy if the discourse between you is not positive. You will know who to stay away from.)

Use your senses, not just your thoughts. Listen with your whole body.

If anything feels wrong to you, do not continue the session. Close the session as you would politely close any conversation that you did not want to continue with a flesh human.

“I’m sorry, thank you for speaking for me, I must go.” Period. Do not dally around if you are uncomfortable.
