Do souls who have ever been here in the present life carry learning experiences with them to the afterlife? If so, why do they have to start all over and seem clueless about this life whenever they reincarnate?

You are information.
You are currently housed in a flesh vessel as you gather even more information to add to your information.
The information that you are is made up of the identity that you were given as well as your own thoughts and ideas concerning who you think you are and what you think you look like, your knowledge, beliefs, ideas and thoughts, your perceptions and interpretations, your character and personality.
The information that you are gathering is fed to you through your senses as you experiences life. These experiences are fed to you through your eyes that see, your nose that smells, your fingers that touch and feel, your ears that hear, your emotions that feel and your intuition that warns you of possible dangers.
In addition you have the ability to make judgments and decisions and these things also make up the information you gather.
All of you; all of your information is recorded and stored within your energy field which is actually a mind.
Your mind is connected to the conscious universe at one end and the human brain at the other end.
All conscious beings are connected to this field, but not all are aware of their connection so not all are open to receive information from this field.
Those who receive information from this field are psychics, mediums, prophets, mystics, shamans and others with spiritual gifts.
When the body dies, all the information of the host is released and a new life begins without the body. The identity that held the information while in physical life, remains with the information after the death of the corporeal vessel.
Your new life will be totally spent within your information or if you choose, it will also be spent sharing information with others. You will have access to all information in the conscious universe and it is your choice where you go and what you do with this information.
As all of life is information, all of life is connected to information and new life can be born still connected to old or past information.
This does not mean the new life is a reincarnate, this means the new life has an open channel and a connection to past information concerning a past lifetime, or even 2 past lifetimes or more.
We are never severed from the conscious universe, we are a part of it always. The only thing that separates us is our individual awareness of this universe.
Our unawareness lends the appearance that we are clueless.
Once we become aware of the conscious universe, we become receivers of information that is beyond our own information.
This information may pertain to the future, past or present.
By contemplation and self-surrender I have been and still am seeking unity and wholeness with the divine and the spiritual knowing of truths that are beyond the human intellect. I am in daily communication with the House of Christ, I channel other spirits, I receive and still seek higher knowledge and higher understanding of the mind and creation. Therefore, I call myself a mystic.
